Solvitur ambulando

 “It is solved by walking”

 – St. Augustine

Labyrinths are ancient tools that have found modern uses on all continents. They are places that offer the possibility to find the quiet in each of us. Walking a labyrinth provides designated time and space for walkers to seek what they need. Often, people approach the labyrinth when searching for peace, healing, discernment, contemplation, community building, or while grieving.

The labyrinth is not a maze. There are no choices to be made. It offers clarity, not confusion. It is a unicursal path with a center. The labyrinth offers metaphors as a mirror into one's interior life.
